How to make sure our emails go to your inbox
Once you subscribe to our UNHCR newsletter, you usually don't have to do much else. However, sometimes our emails do not reach your inbox because of how different email providers work.
To avoid this and ensure you receive our emails, we recommend marking our emails as safe. This process is called whitelisting. Whitelisting tells your email provider that our messages are trusted and should be delivered straight to your inbox.
Follow the instructions below based on your email domain and whether you use a mobile or desktop email app to ensure our emails are whitelisted. This way, our newsletter updates always reach your inbox instead of being sent to spam or promotional folders.
If you're using a different email domain or if you need further assistance, please refer to the specific instructions provided by your email provider or contact their support.
